How do I get a replacement certificate?

To request a replacement certificate, please download a replacement certificate form and send it by post or email to

Wherever possible, we are happy to supply replacement certificates for learners. The following fees will be charged: 

  • £10 per certificate requested
  • £20 official confirmation letter

You should complete and return this form to us, accompanied by a cheque (if applicable), made payable to BHS Qualifications. Alternatively, you can email the form to us and pay by credit or debit card.

We aim to complete requests within 20 working days of our receipt of your completed replacement certificate form. If your request is urgent, please contact us on 02476 840544 to discuss your requirements - will will do our best to facilitate your needs. 

If there is a spelling error on your certificate, please return the original to us within six months of receiving your certificate and we will replace this for you free of charge. 

How long is my registration valid for?

Each qualification has a different registration period. If you want to know your registration period, you should speak to the centre delivering the course. This information is also printed in your Candidate Pack.

If you do not complete the course within the registration period, you will have to re-register and start the course again from the beginning.
